This medical alert necklace is made to look like an everyday piece of jewelry. Just because you HAVE to wear it, doesn t mean it can t be cute at the same time!

Please choose your pendant quantity from the drop down menu and leave a note to seller during the checkout process including the customization you d like for each pendant including the shape and metal you d like if you have a preference. The metal choices are Nugold, silver, and copper. I can fit quite a lot of information on these necklaces, but if you are unsure of how many pendants you will need, please send me a message. Each includes a medical alert pendant which is also stampable, and a red swarovski crystal charm. Additional pendants should be chosen from the drop down menu.
